Position Summary: We are seeking a reliable, compassionate Caregiver/Personal Care Aide to support clients in their homes for 30–38 hours per week. The ideal candidate is dependable, patient, and committed to improving the daily lives of those we serve. Key Responsibilities: -Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting -Offer companionship and emotional support throughout the day -Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and hydration reminders -Provide medication reminders (no medication administration) -Support mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation -Perform light housekeeping such as laundry, dishes, and room organization -Assist with grocery shopping, errands, and transportation to appointments -Maintain accurate daily care notes and communicate changes in client condition -Follow all agency policies, safety procedures, and care plans Qualifications: -CNA, GNA, HHA, or PCA certification preferred (companions with strong experience also considered) -Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation -Ability to lift, transfer, and support clients safely -Strong communication skills and a professional, caring attitude -Must pass background check and reference verification -CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) What We Offer: -Consistent weekly schedule (30–38 hours) -Competitive hourly pay -Supportive, respectful management team -Opportunities for additional hours as the agency grows -Training and professional development -A meaningful role where your work truly impacts lives Work Location: Client homes throughout Prince George’s County, Montgomery County and nearby Maryland counties.
