• Personal Care: Assisting clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting to ensure their dignity and comfort.
• Medication Management: Assisting with self-administered medications by reminding clients to take them at the prescribed time(s)
• Meal Preparation: Preparing and serving nutritious meals based on dietary restrictions or preferences.
• Mobility Assistance: Helping clients move safely within their homes or between locations, including transferring from beds, wheelchairs, or vehicles.
• Companionship: Offering emotional support and companionship, engaging clients in conversation and activities to combat loneliness and promote mental well-being.
• Household Management: Performing light housekeeping duties, including laundry, cleaning, and organizing, to maintain a safe and comfortable living environment.
• Transportation Services: Providing transportation to appointments, social events, or errands, ensuring clients have access to necessary services and activities.
• Communication with Family: Maintaining open lines of communication with family members regarding the client’s condition, progress, and any concerns that arise.
• Observation and Reporting: Monitoring clients’ physical and emotional health, documenting any changes and reporting them to healthcare professionals or supervisors.
