Assist clients with basic day-to-day tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preps and feeding, medication reminders, transfers, light-housekeeping/laundry services, grocery shopping, accompany to doctor's visits, keep accurate documentation of patient care and progress.
* Must possess a valid driver's license in state of PA
*Must possess excellent communication skills
*Must possess current BLS certification
*Must possess the ability to think and work independently and with supervision
*Must possess current CNA certification in state of PA
*Must be a high school graduate or equivalent
*Must be flexible and willing to travel
*Must possess minimum of 1 year experience in home care setting
*Must be professional and courteous at all times.
