The PCW/Caregiver is an employee of Full Spectrum Health Services who provides direct personal client care in client's home according to a client's specific plan of care prepared by the RN Case Manager.
- Demonstrates support for Full Spectrum Health Services mission statement to promote quality, efficient, comprehensive and effective client service.
- Provides PCW/Caregiver services to FSHS clients as identified by RN Case Manger.
- Prepares and maintains accurate and timely client notes.
- Appropriately seeks supervisory assistance as necessary to effectively preform duties.
- Maintains confidentiality of client, personal and FSHS operations.
- Participates in in-services and training assigned.
- Practices Safety and universal precautions, infection control and uses appropriate protective equipment to protect clients and self.
- Maintains a positive attitude and neat appearance.
- Preforms other duties as qualified and requested.

- Bed Mobility and Positioning; range of motion exercises
- Transfers
- Toileting
- Continence care
- Catheter and ostomy care
