Personal Care Associate Parker

Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Care Worker to join our HCA team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and assisting client's with activities of daily living. This position requires a strong work ethic, compassion and patience, and the ability to pass an FBI fingerprint background check. Must have reliable transportation to go to and from client's homes, and enjoy helping others. Provide current and active CPR/First Aide certificate. We only perform non-skilled care to patients in their home or care facility. Responsibilities: Companion and Personal Care tasks Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas. Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and maintained to high standards of cleanliness. Manage housekeeping supplies and report any shortages or needs for replenishment. Conduct floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming. Laundry, change bed linens, and assist with walking the dog. Cooking and running errands (such as picking up RX from pharmacy). Respond promptly to requests from clients regarding their home care requests. Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures while performing duties. Skills Proficiency in care giving in private residences or other care facilities. Strong knowledge of housekeeping and personal care giving protocols in the home. Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. High level of professionalism. Adopt a "How can I help" mindset. Various locations in and around all counties of Jefferson County. Hourly starting pay (shift work) $19-$22 per hour (depending on experience and day of week worked) Hours vary depending on the needs of the clients.
