Companion Caregiver (1:1 Supervision – Behavioral Support)

Job Summary: We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Companion Caregiver to provide one-on-one supervision for an adult client who currently requires close observation. The caregiver’s main responsibility will be to remain present in the room, ensuring the client’s safety and offering companionship. At this time, no hands-on personal care (ADL assistance) is required. Responsibilities: Provide continuous 1:1 supervision and companionship throughout the shift Ensure the client’s safety and report any concerns or behavioral changes Maintain a calm, supportive presence in the client’s environment Document daily notes and communicate updates to the agency Follow all agency policies and care guidelines Qualifications: Prior experience in home care or 1:1 supervision preferred Reliable, patient, and able to stay attentive during long shifts Strong communication and observation skills Must pass background check CPR/First Aid certification preferred Location: Quakertown Center 1020 S Main St, Quakertown, PA 18951 Schedule: Monday to Friday, 3-11 Job Types: Full-time, Work Location: In person
