Personal Care Assistant (PCA) Job Description
PCA needed to assist individuals with developmental disabilities or those that are elderly. Assistance is needed with grooming, bathing, toileting, food prep and storage, light housekeeping, assistance to medical appointments and medication reminders. Each person has a plan of care to display what their needs are to be met. You must have a good background record that is free of any felony offense, no abuse or neglect of anyone, and possess a 1st aid certificate.
