Personal Care Assistant (PCA) Job Description
Autumn House West is a personal care facility located in West York, PA. We pride ourselves in the care, compassion, dignity, and safety of our residents and employees. We are experiencing rapid growth and looking to expand our team. We are seeking personal care assistants to be part of enriching the daily lives of our residents. The fulfilment and satisfaction that comes with helping others surpasses the challenges of this position. Previous experience in personal care for the elderly is a plus but we are willing to train the right candidate! Our personal care assistants are responsible for assisting residents with showering, bathing, dressing, incontinence care, oral care, laundry and transportation to/from the dining room. Current openings include. 2nd Shift - 2:45pm to 11:15pm (Part time) 3rd Shift - 10:45pm to 7:15am (Part time) - $300 Sign on bonus Starting pay for Personal Care Aide (PCA) is between $14.00/hr and $15.00/hr depending on shift. This position could lead to a Certified Med Tech position for interested candidates!
