Patient Care Technician (PCT) Job Description
Country Oaks is an assisted living facility with a maximum of 60 residents. A Resident Care Aide is responsible for the care of our residents. You will supervise medications, assist with bathing, dressing, and grooming. Assist in serving meals, cleaning rooms and laundry. Encourage residents to engage in daily tasks, activities and special gatherings all with dignity and respect. Must be able to recognize changes in conditions, behaviors, attitude and physical abilities. Experience is not required; we provide on the job training. It is required to be able to speak, read and write English. Attending mandatory in-service trainings, and other duties assigned by the director. We are looking for someone that is passionate about caring for seniors, as well as dependable and detailed oriented. The job is demanding but rewarding
