Intake/scheduler will process patients' referrals from beginning to end, which include insurance eligibility, verifying with primary care if patient is active with them, date of dc from hospitals & other facilities, obtain medical records, scheduling nurse visits, track visits, answering phones and other tasks to be assigned as they come up.
