Job Summary: We're seeking a compassionate, skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care, and ensure excellent patient outcomes from admission to discharge. Responsibilities: Assess, plan, implement, and coordinate patient care. Administer medications, monitor vitals, and perform medical tasks (blood draws, wound care, etc.). Document patient history, symptoms, and care in EHR. Educate patients and families on conditions and self-care. Serve as a liaison between providers and patients, communicating treatment plans. Adhere to federal, state, and facility regulations. Qualifications: Required: Valid RN License, BLS certification. Skills: Strong assessment, communication, critical thinking, compassion, teamwork.
