Registered Nurse (RN) Job Description
Will assume the responsibility for the care of patients in their homes, through the provision of comprehensive skilled nursing services. The nursing staff will provide nursing care through the utilization of the OASIS home assessment, nursing diagnosis and care plans. This job is primarily in the Freer, Hebbronville , Realitos, Benavides, San Diego and Alice area.

Per each recert / post hospital visit $125,
