SERENITY INNOVATIVE CARE AGENCY is currently Duties will include: Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of home health care services. Conduct regular assessments of patient care plans and adjust as necessary to meet individual needs. Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards, including ICD-9 coding. Provide training and support to staff on best practices in patient care, including catheterization, pain management, and infant care. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care strategies for patients, particularly those requiring senior care or ICU-level support. Monitor patient progress and outcomes, implementing changes to improve service delivery as needed. Facilitate communication between patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care. Maintain accurate documentation of patient records and staff performance. Qualifications Proven experience in home health care or a related field, with a focus on senior care experience preferred. Strong knowledge of medical procedures related to home health, including gastric lavage and ambulatory surgery center protocols. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate a diverse team of healthcare professionals. Familiarity with relevant medical coding systems, particularly ICD-9. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with patients and their families. Current nursing license or relevant certification is preferred.
