Full-Time Night Shift RN

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans and physician orders. • Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely. • Monitor residents for changes in condition and promptly report to the physician and unit manager. • Document all care provided, observations, and changes in condition per facility protocol. • Complete assessments, care plans, and follow-up documentation as required. • Perform wound care, catheter care, tube feeding, and other nursing procedures as needed. • Ensure infection control practices are followed at all times. • Take and record vital signs, weights, and other clinical data regularly. • Communicate effectively with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, and family members. • Assist during emergency situations, including CPR if necessary. • Participate in shift change reports and ensure continuity of care across shifts. • Assist with lifting, transferring, and repositioning residents when needed in critical or emergency situations. • Review and revise care plans as necessary to meet the evolving needs of residents.
