Director of Patient Services for Long Island Living Center ALP Far Rockaway, NY Long Island Living Center is a 306 bed Community catering to the frail, elderly. The facility has a 115 bed NYS licensed ALP. Must be a NYS licensed RN with ALP Administrative experience preferred. Knowledgeable of required regulations for LHCSA and ALP, ability to complete UAS. The DPS will be responsible for the day to day operations of the ALP, coordinate with Administration for policy and procedure creation and implementation, ensure compliance with all regulations required of the ALP, monitor and evaluate staff performance, have the ability to complete necessary DOH surveys and evaluate, develop and implement actions to improve standards of care as needed.
