Home Health Registered Nurse

We are looking for someone to join our team as the Registered Nurse, Field Nurse who: Performs field visits for admission of patients to home health services. Evaluates and documents on Oasis charting forms. Case conferences on patient care issues. Multiple positions for specific locations primarily in the Palmdale and Lancaster areas. Mileage reimbursement provided for nurses driving out of area. Assist with documentation, using tablet device, office support, Point Click care software app for easy charting. As well as all other nursing duties as needed.
