I need a RN to do initial assessment once Liberty healthcare approve the clients for our services. You will be responsible every 90 days too do supervisory visits. This job isn't an everyday position just depends on the needs basis. If the State should come in I will need for you too assist me. You will also need to sign off on employees skills validations.
