Your job duties are typical for the position you are seeking, however, at Sunset Manor, we will teach you how we expect it to be done. The most important thing is communication and teamwork. We match your 401K up to 4%. Our insurance is BCBS. We have shift differentials: 2nd shift = $0.50/hr, 3rd shift = $0.75/hr. We have $2/hr attendance bonus. We adjust starting pay based on experience.
