Registered Nurse (RN) *NEW STARTING RATES* As a RN you will supervise all levels of nursing care and personnel. Control and evaluate nursing services in order to meet the total nursing needs of the resident and maintain quality of services that will fulfill the objective of nursing facility, and be in accord with the policies set forth by the nursing facility. Monitors the hands on care delivery of residents each shift. Identifies and intervenes to solve problems related to resident and family concerns.
