Bella Vista Health Center is a 99-bed Skilled Nursing Facility conveniently located in Lemon Grove, CA. We are dedicated to providing exceptional care to our residents and a positive, enjoyable work environment for our staff. RN Responsibilities and Duties Oversight of licensed and unlicensed staff. Admissions and discharges. Assess residents, identify problems and develop treatment plans as needed. Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding resident care. Educate residents about health maintenance and disease prevention. Maintain accurate resident medical records. Provide advice and emotional support to residents and their family members. Qualifications and Skills Current unencumbered license to practice as an Registered Nurse in California Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred Excellent communication skills Strong problems solving and critical thinking skills Benefits We offer a competitive rate based upon experience, new grads start at $45/hr.
