Registered Nurse (RN) Job Description
Handle onboarding assessments of new clients Administer medication to patients. Create reports to track the patients' progress. Conduct Supervisory Visits Work with other professionals to create treatment plans. Clean and re-dress wounds if needed. Measure vital signs. Monitor changes in behavior and progress. PRN work around your current work schedule
