Registered Nurse Needed- Manchester (15 Hours Weekly)

Job Description; -Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed. -Monitor and document patient vital signs and medical histories in compliance with HIPAA regulations. -Maintain accurate medical records and ensure proper documentation of all patient interactions. -Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. -Educate patients and their families on health management, treatment options, and preventative care. -Assist in the assessment of patients' physical and emotional needs through observation and interaction. -Experienced in home care, supervising LNA's /CNA's . Requirements; -Valid nursing license in the state of practice. -Strong knowledge of medical records management and HIPAA compliance. -Proficiency in medical documentation practices. -Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members. -Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. -Prior experience in patient care is preferred but not mandatory. -A commitment to providing compassionate care and promoting patient well-being.
