Registered Nurse (RN) Job Description
Nursing services shall include but not limited to: Initial and ongoing physical assessment of the client (Over the phone is acceptable) Participate in the establishment and implementation of the client service plan and re-evaluate the client’s condition at least every two months (60-62 calendar days) Report problems and progress of the client to supervisory personnel or client’s personal physician Supervise CNA’s and PCA’s, Companion or Sitters out in the field Make supervisory visits for client and employee evaluation Ensure all documentation on client’s chart is accurate, updated and signed by the staff providing the task To always be sensitive and caring to the individual culture of the client To keep in constant communication with the Administrator and report changes or unusual occurrences To perform your duties in a professional manner avoiding confrontations with client or client’s family members. Conduct in-service-training of staff
