Registered Nurse (RN) Job Description
Description: Personal Care Registered Nurse promotes and restores services provided to individuals in their own homes and communities, who need assistance caring for themselves as a result of old age, sickness, disability and/or other infliction. Personal care may include assistance with the activities of daily living, instrumental activities of daily living, and complex health-care related needs by completing the nursing process; collaborating with physicians, personal care workers, and other health care providers; providing physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families; evaluating and supervising personal care workers’ competency. Qualifications • Current license as a registered nurse under s. 441.06, Stats • Must have a valid driver’s license and transportation. • Passed background check. • Experience in Wisconsin functional screening and PCST preferred • At least one year of supervisory or administrative experience in PCA service or related field Working hours: One day a week. Maybe working from 3 hour to 12 hours depending on the home visitation schedule and the number of visits for the day. Compensated at a daily rate of $350.00 per day or hourly at $40.00-$50.00 per hour.
