Registered Nurse (RN) Job Description
Country Court Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is looking to add a Registered Nurse to our team. We are owned and operated by Levering Management, a locally and family-owned company out of Mount Vernon, Ohio. We are looking for a strong team player, good communication skills, caring and compassionate, and a desire to work. Previous experience as a nurse in long term care is a positive but is not a requirement. Job Description will include, but are not limited to;
• Medication Administration
• Wound Treatment
• Documentation of Care Provided, Vitals, Medical Information
• Supervision of STNAs
• Communication with Doctors, Family, Other Staff regarding Resident Care
• Perform resident assessments
• Assist with procedures such as IV insertion, wound care, and suture removal
