The RN renders professional nursing care to residents within the assigned nursing residence in and evenings.  Admit, transfer and discharge residents. Performs nursing assessments regarding the health status of the resident.  Develops care plans, attends  and participates at care plan meetings as scheduled.  Provides nursing documentation in EHR per standard nursing practices on each resident.  Oversees nursing assistants and other nursing personnel according to NJ Nursing Standards for RN's. Minimum Qualifications:  Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing. Current, valid New Jersey Registered Nurse License. Why Choose United Methodist Communities?
