RN for Long term Care

Rose Villa Inc. Milwaukie, OR 97222 Job Description Rose Villa is seeking 1 full-time and 1 part-time RN to round out our 10:30pm-7:00am team! We are also hiring per diem nurses for all shifts! • Starting Wage for RN $39.00-$47.00 per hour, depending on experience Come work with us in our brand new, state-of-the-art, long-term care community – which just opened on June 14th. Who we need: Empathetic and skilled nurse with a passion for working with elders! Schedules available: • Full-time night shift (10:30pm-7:00am) • Part-time night shift (10:30pm-7:00am) • Per diem filling in for a variety of days and shifts Benefits: • Choice of medical plans with few out-of-pocket costs (full-time only) • Dental, vision, and life insurance (full-time only) • Paid Time Off (full time only) • Paid sick time (part-time) • Significant retirement plan match • Discount at the on-site restaurant – incredible food, including many vegan and gluten-free options • Access to the on-site saline pool and fitness facilities Education and Experience Requirements: • Current unencumbered Oregon State licensure as an RN • Current BLS approved by AHA or willingness to obtain • Ideal candidate will have prior experience with geriatric and dementia populations • Preferred experience with EMR and PointClickCare • Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check • Must have a current Food Handler’s card or willingness to obtain • All Rose Villa employees must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 in accordance with OAR 333-019-1010 Who we are: Not your typical retirement community!
