In Home Care Nurse Supervisor

The Nurse Supervisor needs to be knowledgeable and empathetic to our senior clients, and possess an understanding of the job that our Aides perform. Excellent communication skills are a must for this position. The Nurse Supervisor is responsible for supervision of all assigned home care services. The Nurse Supervisor will be available at all times during business hours and participate in all activities relevant to the services provided by the agency. This position will assist the director in the accountability for this agency's adherence to federal, state and agency standards; and assist the director in compliance of records substantiating services rendered by all personnel of this agency. This position will require 30 hours per week to start and may grow to a full time position.
