Home Health RN position available.
Requirements:
Current RN lic., current drivers lic., Home Health experience, able to pass a national wide criminal back ground, reliable and dependable.
Position consist of the following: assess & chart, complete evaluation tasks, reviewing medications and vital signs, provide education to patients, coordinate with physicians, therapists and other individuals in the patient care plan, Assessment and skilled observation and supervise home health aides.
Full-time part-time Monday - Friday
