📣 Registered Nurse (RN) – PRN Assessments 📍 Loganville, GA 💵 $125 per assessment ⏰ PRN (As Needed) 🌠 Flexible – AM & PM Availability We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to perform patient assessments on a PRN basis in Loganville, GA. This role is ideal for an experienced RN who values flexibility and is confident in conducting thorough, independent evaluations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and document findings. Develop and/or review individualized care plans. Communicate assessment results with care team members. Ensure compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards. Maintain accurate, timely documentation. QUALIFICATIONS: Active RN license 🪪 in the state of Georgia. Minimum of 1 year of nursing 💉 experience (assessment experience preferred). Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking 🤔 skills. Excellent documentation ✍ and communication abilities.
