Must meet all requirements by the ODN
Must have at least 1 year experience
Must be able to complete home visits and documentation in a timely manner
Must be compassionate and have good communication skills
Must be reliable
Must have own transportation.
Must be able to work the rotating weekend schedule and help with evening call if the on call nurse is off.
Must be able to work independantly out in the field.
Once orientation completed will be able to see 5-6 patients in an 8 hour day
