RN SERVICE SUPERVISOR

We are seeking an experienced RN Service Supervisor to oversee nursing services within our home care agency. This role is responsible for supervising staff, ensuring quality patient care, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. Duties** -Supervise nursing staff and ensure quality patient care -Conduct patient assessments and oversee care plans -Ensure compliance with documentation, HIPAA, and agency policies -Train and support nursing staff -Coordinate care with patients, families, and healthcare team Requirements** -Active RN license (NC) -Supervisory experience preferred -Strong clinical and leadership skills -Experience with documentation systems (EMR/EHR) -BLS certification required -CPR
