"I worked there for almost a year and a majority of the staff was very immature especially the ones I worked closely with, the counselors were beyond immature, the were also bullies ,they bullied other staff members and they bullied me too,they allowed the the children we cared for to steal medicines off the carts and the children were taking these medications, one of them a staff member and I had to take him to the doctor because he put an unknown substance off the medication cart and put it in his eyes, the doctor said he was very lucky, all those times the children were stealing medications it was never reported just covered up by a Mr.Adrian Murphy, he didn't want anyone finding out ,he knew about the bullying of staff members and he did nothing about it,he basically encouraged it,my name is Bernadine Conyers and I was one of the staff members being bullied and I reported it to him but he didn't give a damn because if he did he would have done something about it,the last day I worked there a male staff member who weigh about 300 lbs jump on a child resident causing him to hit /fall to the concrete floor in which the child's face was bleeding I walked over to see what was going on and his ear was just bleeding they covered this child's face with either a white towel or some type of cloth and the blood was showing through as the 300lb male staff member lay on top of the 100 lb child and he lay on top of this child for a long time which was making not on me angry but the children who were watching as well.The child that he was laying on was already calm before he jumped "
