I was a patient for 12 days at Regency. As a retired RN from U of M, I had hoped for high standards. They were met! PT &OT were excellent with therapists working well together in a friendly, supportive environment. Nursing care was very good although slow to answer call lights at times. The staff took time to speak with me and I didn't meet any staff that wasn't pleasant and helpful. If needed, be I'd be grateful to be able to return to a private room!

My father is 95! He was admitted into Regency at Bluff Park for rehab due to his fall at home. The facility staffs are all very friendly and professional, which gave me a peace of mind to know that my father is in good hands with excellent care. I'm especially grateful for the help from the social worker, admission, and administrator in the facility to make a special arrangement for the care of both my parents! I highly recommend this facility!

From admission to discharge the team at Bluffs Park took care of every detail of my mom’s care. The doctor’s, nurses, aides and all the therapists were exceptional. They had great communication and always updated us on her progress. The Director of Nursing was involved and always responded promptly to any concern. My mom really liked the food and if she didn’t care for something, they were quick to give her another selection. The social worker took care of all the equipment my mom needed and it was there upon discharge, along with setting up all her home care needs. The facility is very clean and the dining room is really nice along with the courtyard, which she really enjoyed. I would highly recommend Regency at Bluffs Park to anyone needing rehabilitation care. Thank you to everyone at Bluffs Park!

I can't say enough good things about Regency. The care he received was wonderful. Therapy daily unlike some places. The staff friendly & attentive. Their Dr kept in touch with ours with any concerns. Thank you for taking such good care. Especially want to thank my husbands nurse Brent who was exceptional! Definitely recommend!

We are so thankful that our loved one ended up at Regency on the Bluffs. Everyone--i mean everyone--was so caring, supportive and professional. They are all very hard-working. I know, because I spent almost 24 hours a day there during my husband's last days. (We had hospice care while he was there.) SO I was able to observe the staff around the clock. There were therapists of all kinds: physical, occupational, speech, respiratory, etc. Doctors, and P.A.s who checked on him. Social workers, etc. Best of all were the nurses and aides who attended to his needs--and ours--with understanding. We are truly grateful to Regency.
