Yall run a tight ship. Thanks for taking great care of my family member. From nursing to administration- you really cared and were very compassionate. The new admin is lovely and the new ownership seems to be making a real difference! I recommend this facility for your loved one
Staff would leave residents in dining room at meal time waiting to be served for an hour or more regularly. Many are not able to sit that long and most meals left 2 hrs. The compassion for patients is non-existent and theft of personal items was a huge factor. I wouldn't put anytime there I cared about again. Only for first time shortly as no other options at that time.
My husband received very poor care, food sadly lacking and thief of clothes terrible. Clothes should not get mixed up in laundry as we did his. He was paralyzed so easy to take anything from room. Fortunately we could bring him food often……usually brought extra because residents begging, hungry.
Two years ago my mother in law was in this facility and we couldn’t say enough good things about the staff and the care she received. BUT NOW she has returned for rehabilitation and we can’t get her out of there soon enough. The care is not good. Due to Covid we have no direct communication with her and the nursing center will not answer the phone, or they hang up on us and they have no idea who my mother in law is or what her condition is. This has been a terrible experience. This was once an excellent facility now it offers nothing but wear housing of the elderly.
Anc is a great place to live. I've been here 2 years and all I see are great great things happening. They have good food and great activities to do. I recommend this place to friends and family.
