Our mother was at this facility for 3 months. She entered with stage 4 colon cancer that had spread to other organs. I cannot say enough good things about the nursing staff. They are all such wonderful, caring people. By the 2nd week, Mother said this was her new home. Management is hands on and were wonderful to help. They do so much for their residents from bingo to church services and keep the residents entertained as well as socialized. Helen Lamberts family would like to give this facility a five star rating. Also a big 5 star rating to the angels that work for Preferred Hospice. They are worth their weight in gold.

My father stayed here for a short time under Hospice care. Josh was so good to help make the appropriate arrangements for him. The staff were all very attentive and good to my dad -- as well as to my mom. They went above and beyond to help make her comfortable and allowed her to stay there to be with dad until his passing. We are grateful for the care we received.

My mom was a resident of RNR from October 2020 until she passed a few days ago, March 19, 2024. I have nothing but good things to say about this facility. Everyone has a different experience, but ours was wonderful. The staff embraced my mom and were caring and attentive. More importantly, They loved my mom and that was shown in many ways. You learn a lot by observing and get a true measure of the staff when they don't realize they are being watched. Every person that cared for my mom did so with patience and love. Thank you all very, very much for caring for and loving my Mom. You are all special and treated mom with dignity and respect. I highly recommend RNR. RIP Mom.

I stayed here for about 3 weeks after breaking my hip. Every nurse, aide, therapist who I had contact with was amazing. They were kind and if they had to do something painful they made it fast. The facility was clean and quiet. My room was large, with natural light. The food was good and filling. Some was excellent. Therapy was well timed and the therapists gave plenty of breaks. My time was a pleasant surprise. Both of my parents were in care centers so this wasn't my first rodeo. Their situations were noisy, crowded, hyperactive. So unlike my experience here. I will return here if necessary.

What an incredible place! The atmosphere and kindness that the staff extended to each member of our family was nothing short of amazing. Dad was accepted and treated so professionally by all members of the staff from the day he admitted, until the evening that he passed across into the Lords' hands. Our hats off to such an incredible facility. If you're looking for a GREAT nursing home with a caring staff....look no further! The service is outstanding!
