Just good enough to keep you alive... maybe! DO NOT put an elderly loved in in this facility. They will be lucky to leave alive. The admins are not qualified and don't care. They provided ZERO consulting about progress/regress and the social workers meeting that is required by law upon discharge never happened. They discharged my mother and said here's her stuff, adios. For 3 straight days the nurses had her catheter running uphill with debris in the line, and she was there trying to recover from a massive UTI. Needless to say she was discharged with an infection which we are trying to manage from home. It is criminal to discharge someone on this condition without consulting the family to prepare them and the home for someone who clearly needs hospice. I'm being as polite as I can in this review but unless administration changes, please go somewhere else for rehab services.

The staff are amazing!! Always asking questions and always letting you know about your family member who they are caring for. Nice clean rooms outside grounds were clean and everyone there willing to help make sure your comfortable. I live this place and would recommend it to other immediately if they were asking about nursing homes. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!

My daughters fiance was in for last stage cancer. I agree I would not send a homeless person there. Catheter bags over flow and left hrs then cleaned up with a paper towel. Meds were always late. He couldn't talk and no one would come up from kitchen to fix his menu. My daughter visited long hrs and witnessed this. After he went to the hospital, I called for his things to be packed up. Someone took alot of his things This is terrible to steal from a man in his last stage.

I was a resident at Legacy in June and the staff was excellent. The nurses and aides were kind and helpful. All of the therapists helped me a lot and I appreciate all of them. I went from needing assistance with walking to returning home independent after my stay with Legacy. I would recommend this facility.
