This location is in need of a serious renovation. Initial impression upon arriving was not very good. That said over the week I was there it was very obvious they appear to be working on fixing things, think I even heard they'll be painting. The overall staff is very thin in my opinion. There were periods of time the roommate or I waited more than 20 minutes after pressing call button before a nurse or aid showed up. It was very clear some employees, whether it be nurses, aids, housekeeping, maintenance, etc, really cared. While a few were just there for the paycheck. Not much privacy, was disappointed to have to share a room. The food was often cold and poor portion sizes. Overall taste of food wasn't bad, it wasn't great either. But they aren't there to feed you gourmet meals. Cannot say enough about the PT and OT team. Those ladies were amazing!! They were kind, they explained things well, and made the work fun. They are the only reason I gave 3 stars as opposed to 1 star.

Husband has been here a week so far, all the staff have been doing a good job, PT and OT have done great. His speech therapy awesome job. Today is the only day I have noticed any odors. The food isn't that good. That being said overall my husband has improved a bit physically and tremendously speech wise.

My 87 yr. old mother was here for approx. 6 weeks for rehabilitation from a fall. It was the worst experience ever! She could’ve get up to go to the bathroom by herself and the aides would tell her to go in her depends and they would clean her up afterwards, which was never quick. She developed 2 UTI’s and the 2nd one caused her to go to the ER because she got delirious and dehydrated. They took her clothes (8 sets of clothing), and washed them without us knowing. We hadn’t put her name on them and they were never returned to her room nor got did we get anything back. It was a good gesture, had we been asked about them doing this, we would have done so. I complained quite often to the social work about the lack of care. It didn’t make any difference. We finally moved her to another rehab.
