They took great care of my mom. When she passed they truly cared. Place was clean, smelled great, residents taken care of, and the aides were the best.

No star as far as I'm concerned. Most of the aids are over worked, residents as well as the aids are treated with such disrespect. Nurses out right calling residents big fat liers in there face. Very rude administration and nurses. All of the civil rights being violated. The verbal abuse, psychological abuse, not allowed to report to the state, they suppose to be accomidating each resident medical and dietary needs this is not being done. This place is run worse then a prison. I got more respect from the prison guards then one gets in this nursing home. WHERE IS THE CARE IN THIER CAREGIVING. NO compassion, NO empathy. NO respect. 👎 👎 👎 👎 they did have good physical therapy, and in house activities. They just really need to get some compassionate staff but then again it could all fall back on the CORPORATE office. They seem to use a sort of grooming to keep residents in line , the fear in the residents I have observed and listened to is outrageous

Friendly staff, clean facilities and environment, good food, and great team work. Being as it isnt home the staff try to do their best to ensure all residents get quality care. Therapy department is amazing, nursing department is amazing as well. You can tell that their residents are their family. Over all when you walk into Windsor you're greeted with a family atmosphere, happy residents, and and an over all great experience. Management is often seen on the floor and even in the dinning room helping the aides when needed. Would recommend if you need care for your loved one.

It’s not a very good facility I would never recommend anyone of my love ones or anyone to this facility.. I pray for anyone that has to live there a deal with things they shouldn’t have to it smells it’s just not an every good facility at all. Needs to be cleaned up from the ground up and better workers that will shows love and compassion.

Smells very strong unpleasant odor when entering. In patient's room, the floor was very sticky. My shoes were sticking to the floor. I mentioned it to the staff and they assured me that the floor had been mopped multiple times that day. I was there the previous day and the floor was the same way.
