Place wouldn’t be so bad if it had better nursing, there are a few good ones but not many the one that I’m usually stuck having to deal with has the bedside manner of an axe Murderer Very, very rude disc, courteous, and demanding I’ve suffered a few different injuries as well as certain illnesses. I have anything wrong with me seems to be put on the back burner. I had to slip and fall and hurt my back. I had to wait a month for the medical attention. I could’ve gone and gotten myself. In one day, I was assaulted by another client damaging my wrist. I was made To wait two weeks to go out to the hospital and seek proper medical treatment and attention. It seems that whenever I need appropriate medical attention, I am on my own in that endeavor also, it is strongly discouraged for me too seek and schedule appointments with trusted doctors I’m not too worried about someone’s feelings in that regard my health comes first In my opinion of someone doesn’t like their job, they should probably find someone else to do it I should have absolutely no problem approaching staff in a Medical Center asking for your help and receiving a timely Manner The help I need I am writing this out of desperation again. I am in need of medical attention. I need small things in order to establish it small things like printing out a PDF. So that I can call these doctors numbers and schedule my own appointment again something that’s supposed to be done my staff, but I can’t even get the PDF to call on my own so the message I have for you if you enjoy pain and you like to suffer come to see for yourself. There is so much more negative dimension to this, but I Will end this here Thanks and God Bless
I have been here for well over a year and have received good care from the staff who have shown to be both concerned and compassionate in their responses towards myself and other patients. They are responsible in their attention and attitude towards all kinds of situations that arise from the daily interactions with patients that I have witnessed personally.I recommend highly this facility to anyone for living in a nursing home.
Leah, the admissions director has been so reassuring and attentive with questions I’ve had. My loved one was really struggling when he arrived, but six weeks later he is doing fantastic, and I attribute it 100% to the compassionate care he has received at Aperion West Ridge. Don’t believe the negative reviews. I’ve been on 2 of the 4 floors they have and it’s always very clean and well maintained. Staff reacts appropriately to what I’ve seen and if there is an issue they promptly reach out. This facility has gone above and beyond to be as helpful as they could be, and we are coming from private pay care. THIS IS BETTER. I sleep well at night knowing my loved one is being cared for with dignity and respect.
Ryze at the Ridge is truly a special place for those in need of rehabilitation and behavior-focused care. The staff is highly attentive and compassionate. The team here is not only well-trained but also genuinely dedicated to understanding the unique needs of each resident. The environment feels supportive, and the level of care provided is exceptional. If you're looking for a facility that is well-equipped to handle your needs professionally and with empathy, Ryze at the Ridge is an excellent choice!
I would name one person specifically although everyone who works there that interacts with my son is awesome, the cleaning crew, the dietary crew, The security guards, the CNA'S, Nurses, Dr's, everyone is kind, caring and professional!
