Staff at this facility is very unprofessional. Staff responsible for making outbound calls and receiving need to learn how to speak to family, patients, and physician offices when making calls or answering them to follow up on patients care. Unacceptable behavior when dealing with patients and their Healthcare. Bad representation of this company/assisted living when staff calls with demeaning attitudes and unprofessional responses

The food is horrible. My Mom gets thinner every month and I see why. They charge a fortune and should be providing decent food. We have to buy her things that she can heat in her microwave. And for holidays they could at least attempt to make a holiday meal. Instead they just serve the same disgusting choices over and over. Any sweets and treats we bring her get stolen by staff. Not at all pleased with this place.

My mother has lived here for many years and we are all certain that if it were not for the excellent care she gets there she would not still be with us. Her life immediately turned around from depression and boredom with the support of the assisted living staff where she stayed several years. Later her difficult transition to memory care was buffered by the resourceful, compassionate and deeply caring team at the Grove memory unit where they not only have creative ways of helping her to be happy and have a purposeful daily life, but they help me with learning how best to interface with my mother since loosing her memory in a way that is meaningful to us both. I am so grateful for Llanfair especially the people-that is their greatest asset.

They're not very responsive to problems or concerns. They hire children for food services. Their employee turnover is extremely high. They don't provide all of the services they advertise or market, but when one brings it to their attention, they blame the resident and ask for more money. We pay over $3,100 per month out of pocket every month, but receive very poor services and nonresponsive leadership whenever we raise concerns. It is more like a glorified apartment for the lack of services and assistance. They should invest in their residents. They don't have a lot to do. They don't go out of their way to engage the residents. The food service was better years ago, but has deteriorated with poor management. They could beautify the premises and do more for their residents. Our family carefully selected this place, after looking at the top rated facilities, but would not recommend it based on our experiences.

This is what your loved one will be eating if you decide to bring them here. We have expressed our concerns and they still don’t care. Oh and by the way this is suppose to be dinner! The amount of money spent for dog food is ridiculous being sued is coming up next!
