We have had my mom there twice. Once for rehab and then she went between nursing and assisted living until her passing. Triple Creek was great with her! We had my dad there too. He went from independent living, assisted living, memory care and nursing units until he passed this year. He has gotten great care all the way to his end. My one grandma was in assisted living and passed there. She had great as well. My other grandmother is currently there and she’s in excellent care. I know the nurse will call me if there’s any issues or change in my grandma’s health or if she’s acting different and possibly has a UTI. They always go above and beyond. All 4 of my family members have been there for some if not all of the last five years and I wouldn’t have them go to any other place! The activity staff is amazing! They have something planned almost every day! From movies, bingo, making desserts, things to share, decorating/drawing things and go on outings to restaurants or store for something fun. They also have a brunch for families to come and eat with their loved one once a month. They have fundraisers to help the less fortunate and have several family gatherings throughout the year. They have a Christmas gathering, Thanksgiving meal with family and have a trick or treat night so the residents can enjoy kids of their family members and children of the staff as well! I truly can’t think of a reason I would not send a family member there! It’s not super close to my house but wouldn’t move my grandma anywhere else. They are able to handle hospice care and have family involved in as much as they want. When my grandma and dad passed they did everything they could to help with end of life care. They had my grandma out and about keeping her busy after my dad (her son) had passed. They really have made transitioning family members to a nursing home and in their passing as easy and smooth as possible. I’m grateful to have the nurses, aides and activity staff support! When I walk in the say hello and call me by name. They have new furniture all throughout and have recently painted all the walls. They are always cleaning, vacuuming or working on some area to make it better. When you walk in it doesn’t smell like a nursing home. They are all the best!
My mom lived in Assisted Living at Triple Creek Retirement Community for four years, until she passed away a month ago. I think the best review I could leave is what I shared at my mom's memorial service as I publicly thanked the Triple Creek staff: I am so grateful to you, her Triple Creek family. It meant so much to me that you didn't just come to work to do a job. It is so much more than a job. It is a calling, a giving of yourself each and every day. Physically and emotionally, it is draining and difficult. But you each did it with grace and compassion and commitment. You knew her likes and dislikes, you laughed at her jokes, you put up with her orneriness. You genuinely loved my mom, and you knew how to make her feel special. And she in turn loved you. She would frequently tell me how well-cared for she felt and tell me about the interactions she had with you. In her final days, you came to say goodbye to her, supported my family and me, told us stories about mom that touched our hearts, wept with us at her passing. It seems that most facilities these days are short-staffed. That was a source of frustration at times. But my above tribute reflects how so many of the staff at Triple Creek went above and beyond in an effort to make up for the shortages they often faced.
Triple Creek Retirement has provided good care for family member. The staff is overall friendly and caring to residents. There are many activities to keep residents active. The grounds are well kept and residents can plant flowers and vegetables. There are contained areas allowing the residents to enjoy the outdoors. It is a nice facility.
Only happy with one employee Stephanie. She was amazing. The experience for my family member was horrible. Food sucked, understaffed, lazy employees…nurses didn’t give pain meds on time always had an excuse of why they were over an hr late on meds. They didn’t change her made her lay in pee and poop for hours. Employees loved to sit around and talk. The one that was supposed to clean the room failed. She wiped the tv off maybe vacuumed once. She then sat on the couch with another employee talking to one another. She didn’t finish cleaning the room yet sat on her butt in a cool room according to her and the other coworker. My family member was there for pt. That was a joke. They didn’t come each day. She got up once a day and in bed the rest of the time. Rehab u need to get up many times during the day to build strength. This facility is a joke I wouldn’t send anyone to this facility. They are way understaffed. Lack of employees lack of work and care for patients.day of discharge was chaos. Disorganized for sure. Employees are nice to the family face to face but once u leave they don’t give a crap. Not happy they get a horrible review.
I took part in Fred’s Live a dream with Southern Cruisers riding club chapter 92 and I was so impressed by the cleanliness of the facility and the outpouring love from the staff at this facility. I could see the love they had for Fred and others and really made this day special for all involved! They also had hot chocolate for all of us riders that really warmed my heart. Thanks again TripleCreek Staff for truly making Dreams Come True❤️
