My mother stayed here for 10 days to have care and OT/PT after surgery. We are both very pleased with the care she was given. She made great progress, complimented the food, and said the staff were very good to her. Some reviews mentioned a urine smell. Yes, there was a urine smell as you entered the patient area. I have honestly never been to a nursing home that did not have some urine smell. The staff actually shampooed the carpet one of the days I was there and had fans on to dry it. Sadly, the reality of nursing homes is that many residents are incontinent and accidents happen.
I would like to leave this review to recognize the nurse and nurse aide that cared for my brother,Kenneth during his stay for rehab from a fall. The nurse,Joyce and aide Angel went the extra mile to care for his needs and well being. These two ladies are tops in my opinion,as I myself have years involved in Healthcare. They should be recognized for their work and compassion for the patients they care for. Thank you ladies for everything you do. Linda Ashmore
It is a nice, new facility that has very friendly people working there. Everything is clean inside. The front entrance is large, covered, and quite easily accessible, which is great if your loved one who is a client there needs wheelchair accessible transportation.
This facility is currently supposedly under the threat of potential violence with a deadly weapon. With this they have, instead notifying family members and staff who may potentially be at risk during this time, decided to hide and cover this information from the knowledge of a majority of the staff, residents and family members.
This building is top notch phenomenal!! The staff are very generous and kind and we’re very patient with my father in law during his stay here for rehab! I seriously have no complaints about this place ! I recommend this place to anyone who needs rehab or long/ short term stay!
