I cannot come up with enough positive words to describe this facility. All of the employees I met and that took care of my dad while rehabbing from leg amputation were so kind, professional, positive and helpful. Dad really enjoyed PT and looked forward to his workouts. My family can’t thank you all enough for the great experience while dad was there. I will recommend Raleigh Center to anyone needing rehabilitation.

Jennifer took the time to speak with me personally about my Father's care. She also spoke to staff re same. Kelsey, the nurse, takes extra care with my Dad, checking into his medications, visiting with he and Mom, and speaking with me about their care and his medications. All the nurses are super good and the CNA staff is too! The activities staff and the Social Worker are also excellent, as are the back office team. It's a great comfort to have both of my parents at Raleigh Center.

My mom is a resident at the Raleigh Center, and she loves every bit of it. She’s been on shopping trips, plays bingo & enjoys the music from different churches that visit the center. She especially loves making her rounds while saying hi to her friends. The workers are very careful with her sugar because my mom is a diabetic and they let me know anytime she falls or gets a scratch or bruise. The workers are very friendly and helpful & they love that mom goes around talking to friends.

My mother has been a resident of Raleigh Center for a year. I highly recommend this nursing home! The administrative staff is easy to work with. The doctors and nurses are professional and skilled. The CNA staff does a great job of taking care of my mother’s person hygiene needs. If I make a request, they are on it! The maintenance group has hung pictures for me, helped me with Mom’s tv, and phone. The housekeeping group keeps my mother’s clothes washed and in her closet. Her clothes are labeled and don’t seem to stray which is unusual in some nursing homes. The case manager and I have scheduled discussions to review my mother’s care. The facility is very clean; there is no smell of urine; the rooms are well maintained. My mother tells me the meals are very good. The activities director and her assistant have been so wonderful to work with. I have scheduled FaceTime calls with my mother which she loves. When the time came for me to place my mother in a nursing home last year, I knew this was the place I wanted my mother to be. All my friends told me about parents or friends who had been a resident here and told me not to consider any other place. They were so right. My mother is very happy here. Most importantly, she is well cared for and your loved one will be too.

My sister has been in several nursing homes but this is by far the very best. They take such good care of her. She has a lot of health issues. But they take care of every one. They are kind. And very professional. Their therapy program is top notch. The nurses are very knowledgeable. They'll take phone calls all through the night to answer any concerns. The helpers are very efficient. She did not like being in a nursing home until she came here. Thank you all very much.
