Every person on the staff were kind and great people. I wasn't happy about being sent to a nursing home for rehab but i overcame that. My physical therapy sessions were all good and I only had to be there 10days. I was up and moving around pretty well with my pulmonary issues. I'll only say this ,the food pretty much sucked and small potions. I seriously doubt that caloric intake and serving sizes are being paid attention to at all.. Nightshift is too short staffed to meet the needs of the people there. As I said I was there 10 days however I was only afforded 1 shower in that time.. otherwise it wasn't a bad place and they treat patients very well..

Good facility great care, good food, fantastic therapy team.

Horrible place, wouldn't recommend to anyone. They do not communicate with family at all, only time they call is when it's time to collect payment.They constantly lose residents clothing and personal belongings.

The facility was clean with no odor. That’s always the first thing I check. The ladies on evening shift were very nice & kind. The only problem I think there is that I see is better wages for evening shift, actually all shifts need a wage increase. The staff work very hard at this building.

My husband was at Genesis Hilltop Center for three weeks of rehabilitation. We were pleased with the therapy department particularly physical therapy. I do believe he needed speech therapy sooner than when it got started. The meals were good and offered an option for both lunch and supper. I would suggest they think about moving supper time to 5pm instead of 6pm because 6 hours between lunch and supper seems to be too long. Maybe move it back and then do a small a bedtime snack. The staff were good to my husband and treated him well. Nursing staff, Patient Services, Social Services and the Business Office were all responsive to our situation and needs. For short term therapy at a facility near home it worked for us. We appreciate the care he received and feel his stay helped him in his recovery and discharge to home.
