Horrible...Business office personnel need return your call and no one else to speak with...This facility need to be shut down. The workers act like they don't want to do their job and calling every week twice about needing help to take care love one. That is what you are being paid for.....Really sad situation. Should have left my love one in the facility that they was in....I would not recommend my dog to this place....

My grandpa was there for rehab a few months ago. He received excellent care from the nurses,cna's, and therapy while at the facility. He was able to return home and is doing well. Thank you River City.
