Mother has been here for a couple years and we are so appreciative of the staff. They are compassionate, communicative and competent. Much better care than the one she was previously at (Asbury).
Do not send your love one to this facility. My husband has been in and out of the hospital due to this facility something must be in the the building and nasty rooms and neglect and the discrimination his 4 kids and his wife have been getting from the night staff members are rude be careful if your family member can not talk and speak up for themself be careful. All they do is steal his items from his room like his fan to his 2 hand braces that was never replaced to his eye glasses. Respiratory was reported Numerous times due to his tracheotomy not getting changed I had to stop then from washing his tubes and putting it back and having his feeding tube/ water shut off which caused him to get severe dehydrated, almost losing his kidney, and had to get put back on the ventilator. He suppose to have therapy services which they charged the insurance company which they don’t do also, you would never get a call from the facility telling you when your loved one gets sent out to the hospital or when they returned back to the facility.
The view from the memory care unit of the patio and grounds. The nurses here are a blessing. Update: Chopped corn beef on a kaiser roll and cabbage, along with vegetable soup and macaroni and cheese, along with a chilled fruit compote.
3 week nursing home staff feels like the Ritz! All staff very knowledgeable and always willing to help. Very clean nursing home!
I have no idea how you can justify canned diced tomatoes and some kind of pork as a meal for dinner. This is horrible not to mention almost every day I am told the food is horrible. Lampshade in room is broken. Some staff ignore being told room is too hot or too cold. Please address this.
