Since coming to Omni I have had a life changing experience. At the other places I wasn't treated good at all but this place shows me that there are really good ppl in this world and in nursing homes. I would recommend Omni to everyone if you want your family well taken care of. Actually I recommended this place to my brother for my mom to come here. They are on their game. Ive never met anyone here who was mean or nasty. Everybody I encounter is respectful, nice and accommodating.
"I want to express my deepest gratitude for Nurse Michelle R, who provided truly exceptional care during my aunt stay. She not only administered my aunts medication with great care but also took the time to patiently answer all my questions. Her calm demeanor and clear explanations helped me understand treatment and care for my aunt. > She was incredibly attentive throughout my aunts entire time there, Her professionalism and kind spirit were a constant source of comfort. Because of her dedication, Nurse Michelle R. is a truly outstanding professional and a testament to what great nursing care should be."
My husband has been there, for awhile. His experience has been a mixed bag. There are aides who are caring and helpful. But, there are plenty who are not. And, it shows. Call lights are not answered . Food orders are not accurate. It's very obvious that some staff don't care about their job or the patients.
Really clean place and it smells good all the time. The food is so good too. The only thing I'll change is some of the girls attitude
