My dad stayed here for short-term rehab and the care was outstanding. The nurses were kind, patient, and really helped him get back on his feet. The facility is clean, welcoming, and the staff truly care about their residents. I feel confident recommending them for both rehab and long-term care.

This facility accepted my mother when they didn’t have any beds on the ladies floor. She was placed on the men’s floor. The CNA’s are doing a thousand jobs such as passing and collecting the food trays. And cleaning behind sick and elderly people. When my mother had to use the bathroom I was told she would have to wait until the food trays are either being passed out or collected. How do you make a person wait to relieve themselves when they can’t do it on their own and need assistance! I also seen the ppl that wearthe burgundy scrubs come off the floor and then cut the front grass! I was in disbelief! They never did physical therapy with her oh wait they did work with her twice and I was there one of the times and it was less than 5 minutes. Today I go to visit my mother and it’s a hospice brochure and a business card for her to call. My mother did not have any family with her when she was told if she didn’t get better they would have to move her to hospice. Imagine hearing you’re going to die soon and you were alone! This place needs to be shut down! It’s a disgrace how they treated my mother and how awful the place is ran and the uncleanliness of it all!

thanks to katie in admissions. she made the entire process very smooth and stress-free. i'm so happy she reached out to us while my mom was still in the hospital. no one else did and it really helped us make the decision to choose qualicare. she made my husband and me feel very comfortable and secure knowing we could always contact her if we had any questions or concerns. the head nurse is fabulous. she is always on top of things and i actually do believe she never goes home. overall, as good experience as one could have in a nursing home. thanks for making my mom's experience a good one!

I would not hesitate to recommend this facility to a friend or family!!! Great job Qualicare !
