My sister has been receiving care for over a year at Bradley Court. She says the staff are very kind and actually care about the patients. When we’ve gone to visit, the staff is extremely pleasant - they smile and greet us and patiently explained how the dr goes over meds every Friday. They are reviewing med protocols frequently to ensure accurate dosing. The facility is well maintained and clean. It’s just a very safe and nice place to be while you are getting well.
Pleasant staff. My son is getting good care. He’s doing Better here than in previous facilities.
The facilities are well kept and very clean This was our first visit and we were impressed with the friendliness of the Staff and witnessed first hand the care and concern they have for each of their patients. We had a wonderful visit with our daughter (who was just transferred here yesterday) on the grounds next to two delightful goats who were baking in the sunshine in their enclosed pen. Our daughter indicated she was very pleased with Bradley Court. We have experienced other IMD's and Board and Cares, and Bradley Court is by far the best. We are SO thankful that our daughter is here! She also has some digestive issues, enabling her to only eat organic food, which they were kind enough to look into meeting this important need. Additionally, they are providing a physical therapist to help her with her back pain (when she was struck by a car) as well as numbness in her legs. We are so appreciative of this level of care...no wonder they have earned their 5-star reputation!
My sister has been at Bradley Court for help for a while now, and the support she has received has been incredible. Meriah, in particular, has been a tremendous help to our family, especially in assisting my mom during this transition. My sister is going to be discharged soon, and we are so grateful for all the guidance and patience Meriah has shown, especially since my mom has been facing some tough challenges. Thank you, Meirah, for dedicating your time and effort to support us during this difficult period.
This is to thank George Diaz for going out of his way to help me with to understand how trust fund accounts are used and funded. George was very patient and helpful to my needs. I love the genuine care he gave me in a very stressful situation. Thanks George 🤗 Cindy M.
